1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Patriot Print Fulfillment website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Orders are not considered confirmed until we provide written acknowledgment (email or order confirmation).
• Custom orders may require a deposit before production begins.
• Pricing does not include applicable sales tax or shipping unless explicitly stated.

3. Artwork & Files

• You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork that meets our specifications.
• We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork, including typos, color discrepancies, or resolution issues.
• If artwork requires adjustments or design work, additional fees may apply.
• Digital proofs must be reviewed and approved before production. Once approved, the customer accepts responsibility for the content.
• Color matching: Due to the nature of digital printing, exact color matching to Pantone or previously printed materials is not guaranteed. We will make best efforts to achieve accurate color representation.

4. Production & Turnaround

• Production timelines begin after artwork approval and payment (if required).
• Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to equipment, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Rush orders may be accommodated with an additional fee, subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to deliver up to 10% over or under the ordered quantity for custom print runs, consistent with industry standards.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping charges are calculated based on package dimensions, weight, and destination.
• We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight carriers depending on order size and destination.
• Risk of loss and title for shipped items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• It is the customer's responsibility to inspect shipments upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless credit terms have been established.
• We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and checks.
• New customers may be required to prepay for initial orders.
• Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge on the outstanding balance.
• We reserve the right to hold or cancel orders with outstanding balances.

7. Returns & Reprints

• Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on printed materials unless there is a defect in production.
• Claims for defective products must be made within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
• If a production error is confirmed, we will reprint the order at no additional cost or issue a credit at our discretion.
• Errors caused by customer-approved artwork or incorrect specifications are not eligible for reprints or refunds.

8. Intellectual Property

• You represent that you own or have the right to use all artwork, logos, images, and content you provide to us for printing.
• We are not liable for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement resulting from customer-supplied materials.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe infringes on third-party intellectual property or contains illegal, offensive, or objectionable content.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data, regardless of the cause of action.

10. Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before production begins without penalty.
• Once production has started, cancellation fees may apply based on materials used and labor incurred.
• Custom materials ordered specifically for your job are non-refundable.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, equipment failure, labor disputes, or government actions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
