Roll-to-roll latex printer for banners, backlit film, and specialty media. Odorless latex inks and wide color gamut.

Canon Colorado M5W Pro

Our newest press. Roll-to-roll UVgel printing with white ink, and instant-cure inks mean prints come off the roll ready to laminate or cut with no outgassing wait.

Mark Andy Digital Pro Plus

Digital label press with 2 flexo stations and inline rotary die cutting. Handles short-run custom labels with specialty coatings in a single pass.

Mark Andy Pro

6-color flexo press with inline rotary die cutting. Built for mid-to-high volume label runs with tight registration and consistent color.

Conveyor Cutter

Runs endless amounts of sheets and roll-fed materials at the scan of a barcode. Die cutting, creasing, kiss cutting, and more. Non-stop.

“Colex 5×10 Standard”

Flatbed Cutter

Same capabilities as the conveyor cutter, minus the conveyor. Handles the majority of our routing needs plus die cutting and creasing.

Cutworx Apex M

Our newest cutter. The 10×10 ft conveyor bed takes two sheets at a time or full 10-foot rolls straight off the Vanguard, which steps up both our box production and our grand format banner work.

Laguna LCB 150W CO₂ Laser

50″×100″ working area with 150 watts of cutting power. Precision acrylic cutting with polished edges, engraving, and detailed work at scale.

Summa S3 TC160

High-speed contour cutter for printed vinyl, heat transfer, and specialty films. Optical registration for precise cut-to-print alignment.

Kala Mistral 1620

Wide-format roll laminator for gloss, matte, and protective overlaminates up to 64″. Used daily for banners, posters, and display graphics.

Seal 65 Pro MD

Precision hot/cold laminator for rigid and flexible substrates. Ideal for mounting prints to foam board, PVC, and aluminum composite.

Colex Applicator Table

Large-format application and mounting table for clean, bubble-free installs on rigid substrates. Speeds up the mounting workflow significantly.

Leister Hemtek

Professional heat welding for banners, mesh, and vinyl tent structures. Produces strong, clean seams on heavy-duty flex face materials.

Heiker Automatic Grommet Press

Automatic grommet press for consistent, fast grommeting on banners and signage. Handles high volume without slowdowns.
